We accomplish our mission by:

• researching women’s stories and collecting oral histories
• creating performance pieces based on working women’s stories and presenting them in public venues, unions and schools
• developing study guides for performances in schools
• publishing women’s stories in our e-newsletter, on our website, and in print
• hosting events in which we invite women to tell their own stories and describe their work
• partnering with other educational organizations whose mission and programs address women’s history, labor rights, and women’s issues
• providing a Facebook page to encourage readers to express their thoughts and ideas.
